To submit a complaint, you must agree to the below terms.

We cannot handle complaints that involve the Road Traffic Act or civil cases.
We can only accept complaints concerning taxis with offices in the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Musashino City, or Mitaka City.
It will take approximately two weeks for the accepted complaints to be reviewed.
You must provide your name and contact details (personal information will be used only for the purposes of reviewing the complaint).
Complaints will only be accepted from those who have actually used one of our taxis (or attempted to use one of our taxis).
All follow-up contact will be made via phone.
